Online bill payment is an additional OPTIONAL facility provided by PVVNL for convenience of its consumers. This facility is available at a nominal fee which is charged by service providers (and not by PVVNL). Traditional options of making payment at PVVNL collection counters in cash or by cheque etc. are still available to the consumers without any service charges as before.

PVVNL is not charging anything extra for this online facility. However, Service Provider levies following charges for use of online payment facility.

For Making payment, please keep at hand the following information from your electricity bill
(i) Division Name (ii) Book No. (iii) Connection No.

If consumer is making payment through cyber cafe, the cyber cafe may charge maximum Rs. 10 for bills up to Rs. 500 and Rs. 20 for bills more than Rs. 500 as service charges. Please furnish your Mobile no. and e-mail ID for getting Bill alert /Payment confirmation through SMS and/or e-mail.
